Did you hear about this new reality show on MTV? The show is being filmed at my son's school, the School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati. The name of the show is "Taking the Stage". It follows 5 students that are dancers and singers and shows what school is like for the talented kids. My son is a student at the SCPA in the technical theater program which means that he does the lighting and the the sound for the performances at the school. He worked with the film crew from MTV for the show. He was at school until 2am some nights working on the show. He said that he may be in the first episode.
The show premieres March 19, at 10:00pm on MTV. Here is a clip from the show.
